All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS. We do our best to ensure you aren't overpaying for shipping.
Once your package has been given to UPS/USPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
International shipping: We will do our best to ship as economically as possible and will refund any overages that were charged. Orders to AU and NZ are still taking up to 12 weeks to arrive so please be patient.
Orders shipped International Mail typically take 2-4 weeks. However, it can take longer, especially during peak times (see notes about customs below). Most items provide tracking or delivery confirmation.
UPS Worldwide Expedited is 2-3 business days to Canada, 3 to 6 business days to the rest of the world. Packages have tracking and these shipments will go through customs so please read our policy on customs, duties and taxes below.
In some cases such as an oversized item, we may require an additional shipping cost and if so we will contact you.
Disclaimer: There are issues for a few countries and have been forced to adopt a "ship at your own risk" policy for some countries. We will not be able to reliably track or re-ship your package if it is not delivered and will not provide refunds or credits for lost orders to the following countries: South Africa, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Chile, Panama, Ecuador, Malaysia, Philippines, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, India, Lebanon, Namibia, Pakistan, Falkland Islands, Brunei, Mauritius,and United Arab Emirates.
Brazil Disclaimer: Due to import regulations books can not be shipped to Brazilian addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require us to collect taxes, GST, or VAT on their behalf. We will do so only if required and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and processes related to duties and taxes in their country and region. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
All prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
Shipments seem to have currently resumed regular service, but some packages are still being rerouted and as a result, taking longer.

ALL Fabrics are PRICED by the Half Yard. Cuts are continuous unless otherwise noted.
All sales are final unless we inadvertently ship an incorrect item.
We package all fabric in plastic bags for protection, but we do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped.
Once packages are delivered to USPS, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
A 20% restocking fee is applied if the ordered fabric is not for your liking.
If the fault is ours, we will correct it right away!
Return shipping is at your expense.
Fabrics which are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
As a general rule, we do not offer cancellations.
This particularly applies on PREORDER items.
A 20% re-stocking fee is applied if cancelled before shipping.
Gift cards are non-refundable at any time.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our shop.
All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
Pre-orders - All pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Blocks of the Month are non-cancellable within 30 days of the start date or during the block of the month.
Threaded Lines offers preorders on our upcoming collections. You can find these fabric collections under our Coming Soon menu option.
Placing a pre-order means you are reserving fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before Threaded Lines receives this fabric in our shop.
Since Threaded Lines does not have the fabric in hand at the time of the pre-order, please understand that we will ship all pre-order fabrics immediately upon receiving pre-order fabrics.
The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each pre-order listing.
Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control.
If for any reason there is an issue with your pre-order (ie delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution.
Please know that all pre-order sales are final. Pre-order sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders.
We appreciate your understanding. Please do not order IN STOCK items with your pre-order. Place multiple orders for In-Stock Items when pre-ordering a collection.

We do not price match other businesses.
Due to the variations in screen colors, browsers and technology in general, we cannot guaranty the color on your screen is like the actual fabric.
We do our best to portray correct colors.
