We are slim on time this year due to the expansion - adding Pfaff and Singer Machines to our offerings as well as Arrow Cabinets.

However, we took some time and made a couple of quick projects you can sew up in a hurry for those last minute gifts.

Carol made up these adorable trivets using scraps from our Christmas Collections.  A simple braid with any size strip you like to make a small mug rug or a larger trivet like you see here.  You could even make a mini coaster - how cute would that be?  You can get a tutorial on how to make these braids at Quilter's Cache - this is a free tutorial.

Donna sewed together this cute little basket!!  Petit Four Basket by Annie.  Easy to make, adorable to display - perfect to tuck some sweets in and so useful in the sewing room!  A couple of fat quarters (with left overs) and a piece of Soft and Stable - you can make up a whole slew of these cute baskets in an afternoon!  This is a free pattern at by Annie.

Last, but not least - we ran out of time on this one, but these little bags are so amazing - especially if you give wine as a gift - this pattern can be used with any occasion fabrics, but it looks especially good with Christmas fabrics.

Jeni Baker is one of my favorite pattern designers - she is very thorough and easy to understand - always good for me.  Here is the tutorial for the Wine Gift Bag.  I will be making one soon!

We know you come up with so much more than we do.  Please share your holiday creations by tagging us in Instagram or posting in our Facebook Group.

Happy Sewing and Happy Holidays!
